Pole Sections
Can be setup with any combination of 6 ft and 12 ft poles to be flexible to your needs. Using 12 ft sections decreases weight because of decreased couplers. Using 6 ft sections gets you to more specific heights.
SpeedRail™ Mid Rail Posts
Mid rails ensure safety by mounting to the walk board with chain. Wooden 2×4’s then mount to the mid rail.
PowerPort Outrigger
Steel stabilizers stay flush with wall, allowing a 24 ft working height without tying into buildings. Each outrigger side has a stabilizer that adjusts 8 in. to level the system.
Base Foot
Attaches to bottom of base mast section. Belted-rubber backing gives solid footing during setup. Each foot has two holes for pinning to ground or larger sill plate.
V-Brace
Streamlined sliding up and down mast. Non-marking bumpers place center of mast 33 in. from wall.
SpeedRail™ End Rails
End rails secure to climbing unit with our PowerLatch for added safety.
Climbing Unit
Powered by a 1/2 in. drill, our gearbox makes the PowerPole climb 3x faster than pump jack systems. This eliminates electrical components also keeps the system light.
Platform Support
Gives added support for dual mast setups. Works for 12 in. platforms, or up to 28 in. with our PowerLatch connector.

V-Brace
Light and easy to slide up and down the mast.
Non-marking bumpers. Places center of mast 33 in. from wall.
Pole Sections
A PowerPole setup can be constructed in any combination of 6 ft and 12 ft poles. Using 12 ft pole sections will decrease the number of couplers to bolt together, creating a lighter assembly.
SpeedRail™ MidRail Posts & EndRails
The midrails attach to the workbench and mount to the walkboard securely with a chain. Wooden 2×4’s are then mounted to the midrail post, to complete the midrail and toerail. The endrail fastens to the Climbing Unit with the PowerLatch.
Climbing Unit
Powered by a 0.5 in. drill, the 650 lb load rated PowerTrak system provides 3x the speed of a pump jack system. PowerPole’s durable gearbox design eliminates the electrical components to keep the system lightweight.
Platform Support
The Platform Support is used for dual mast configurations. With 11 in. of adjustment, this support accommodates a wide range of standard work platforms from 12 in. to 24 in. (or up to 28 in. with PowerLatch Connector).
Base Foot
The Base Foot attaches to the bottom of the the base mast section. The belted rubber backing provides a solid footing during setup. Each foot has two holes for pinning to the ground or a larger sill plate.
PowerPort Outrigger
Steel stabilizers keep flush with the wall, allowing a 24 ft work height without tying into the structure. Each side of the outrigger has a stabilizer that adjusts 8 in. to level the system.

Flexible for What You Need
24 ft Work Height
PowerPole pump jack scaffolding with PowerPort Outrigger and V-Brace Tie provides 24 ft work height without anchoring the tie to the wall.
32 ft Work Height
Once anchored to the structure at 32 ft, the PowerPole system can be used without midspan ties (Note: This requires alternative access to anchor the tie and secure to the mast).
40 ft Work Height
Once anchored to the structure at 40 ft using the PowerPort Outrigger and V-Brace, the Power Pole system can be used without midspan ties (Note: This requires alternative access to anchor the tie and secure to the mast).
75 ft Work Height
The PowerPole system can be used to a maximum work height of 75 ft. This requires midspan ties every 16 ft and one at the top (Note: midspan ties are temporarily disconnected to pass).
I waited too long to buy PowerPoles. During my twenty-plus years in the business, I’ve tried every labor saving tool, bit and blade known; some work and some don’t…these work!
It costs me over a dollar a minute when we’re not on the wall; we’ve already saved big dollars with the PowerPole, that’s why I demanded another set for the school job.
“Before I started using PowerPole, I didn’t think I could increase my production 300%…”
